Who is CramAI looking for?
Coaches in any exam-prep or career domain — grad school, civil service, language tests, accounting, medicine, law, IT certs, job-interview coaching. Institutional instructors, independent coaches, PhD TAs — all welcome. The core requirement is a genuine 'human edge' AI can't replicate: interview coaching, career advice, live speaking practice, mindset support.
Will the AI twin replace me?
The opposite — our product is *designed* to prevent that. Your twin only handles routine questions you've answered a hundred times (problem walkthroughs, concept recall, mistake analysis). Anything that requires real human judgment — mock interviews, career choices, sprint-week coaching, emotional support — routes back to you. The twin frees you up so you can do what coaching actually is.
How does income work?
In the MVP phase we're not setting a fixed salary — it's a revenue share. Twin serving hours, live coaching hours, learner retention, per-interview coaching fees — all count. Share your expected hourly rate in the form and we'll dig into specifics in the interview.
What materials do I need to prepare?
Minimum: a representative set of coaching notes + a 3–5 minute demo video. Ideal: past Q&A logs, problem-explanation recordings, public session videos. The richer, the more your twin resembles you — and the more valuable your live hours become.
Is this exclusive?
The first wave is **non-exclusive** — feel free to keep coaching on other platforms. But the AI-twin-plus-real-human model is unique to CramAI, and no other platform gives you this leverage.
What equipment do I need?
A computer with clean audio recording and stable internet. Webcam needed for mock interviews and live sessions. For demo-video recording, we provide a shooting script template and post-production support.
