Service Description
CramAI is an AI-powered learning platform operated by Moments AI Inc., providing content analysis, question generation, study plan creation, mind map generation, and learning assessment. Our service is designed to assist learning and does not replace formal education or professional guidance.
Account & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and may not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (1) use the service for illegal activities or to infringe on others' rights; (2) upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code; (3) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the service's technical systems; (4) impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person; (5) use the service for academic dishonesty (such as cheating on exams); (6) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
Intellectual Property
You retain copyright to original content you upload. You grant us a license to process and analyze your content for the purpose of providing the service. You have the right to use AI-generated analysis results, study materials, and questions. Intellectual property rights to the platform technology, code, design, and branding belong to Moments AI Inc.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free accounts have limited daily usage quotas. Paid subscriptions provide additional quotas and premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings; service continues until the end of the current billing period. For refunds, please contact support@cramai.net within 7 days of purchase and we will handle requests on a case-by-case basis. Used credits are non-refundable. Prices may be adjusted with prior notice.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content (including questions, answers, study plans, etc.) is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be absolutely accurate or complete. You should independently verify critical information such as exam dates, registration requirements, and academic standards. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Learning outcomes vary by individual.
Account Termination
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. After account deletion, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Data
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
